Pick up one new fruit at the grocery.

Skip instead of walking. 

Walk instead of sitting.

Massage your feet. (Right now.)

Take a full breath. 

Take another.

Grab a random book from the library and read it.

Set a timer and get lost in Pinterest for 30 minutes. (Keep a notebook nearby to record inspiration.)

Brush your teeth with the opposite hand.

Hang upside-down at a playground.

Smile even when you don't feel like it. Stop smiling even when you don't feel like it.

Try new, novel, different.


Stop sleepwalking. Play. Participate in the change that is already happen.
