BeingBreath is a space - and a community - that recognizes that we all carry so many stories. We work together to find our voices and the courage to KNOW and SHARE those stories through practices of thought-awareness and through embracing the sensual, physical self. Practices always focus on everyday life ... where you are, right here & right now.

If you've found yourself knowing that there is something more to life but unsure what that is; feeling frustrated towards your body; tired of the treadmill of thoughts of "shoulds" and "have-to's" and ready to start creatively engaging in your life, you've come to the right place.

You'll find content and support focused on:

BeingBreath practices are designed to get you asking the right questions so that you live into the answers that best fit your unique life.

Here, we offer invitations, not solutions. 

Because this is all a practice (not perfection), we dance in Rumi's field outside of "right" and "wrong". Absolutely no judgments. You practice, pay attention to the consequences, and then you practice some more.

Every practice is meant to be integrated into your daily life to help you appreciate and practice where it matters the most - right here, right now.
