This isn't exactly how you thought life would be. It isn't bad, really, but there is definitely something more than this.

You feel it - that call to be more, to create. But you are already doing SO much. How can you possibly fit in one more thing?

You could keep living like this, feeling like you are sleep-walking through your days. You could make it to your deathbed having lived a perfectly mediocre life.

But there is another way.

The practices of BeingBreath give you the tools to feel more at ease, more alive, and more YOU throughout your everyday life.

We use a lot of self-awareness,

sprinkle it with generous amounts of daily creative expression,

and mix it all with the stuff of everyday life.

And then we share our stories so that we may learn from one another...and perhaps, not feel so alone.

The practices of BeingBreath don't ask you to quit your job, leave your kids, or move to a remote hideaway. In fact, they work best when you integrate them with the laundry, the commute, and the conversations.

What you will find here is practical advice woven in with deep wisdom, sometimes colored with a bit of humor, and all designed to be applied to your daily life.

The everyday practices of BeingBreath align with the breath.

Self Awareness + Embodiment :: The Inhale

Creative + Authentic Expression :: The Exhale

Mindfulness + Non-Judgment :: The Pause

Curious how this works?

The Woman Behind It All

Hi. I'm Lisa Renee Wilson. And I'm an Awareness Artist & story-teller.

I inspire, practice, and teach self-awareness in all areas of life ....

because the more awareness we have of our self, the more in control and free we are to BE that self.

I also creatively express that "me" that I'm constantly discovering, helping me and inspiring others to feel alive.

And I practice creative mindfulness in every moment of my life - through parenting my two lovely children, the way I play with photography, or how I wash  the dishes, I'm engaging and creating. Inhaling, exhaling. And repeating.

I've studied in a lot of disciplines.

I used to think I just couldn't stay focused. Now I know that I just had a lot to learn.

A degree in Psychology, minor in Human Sexuality, graduate study in Wellness Education, teacher training in Yoga, online and offline studies in photography, art, spirituality, meditation, mindfulness, and countless hours of awareness and practice in my own life supplement the teachings I offer through BeingBreath.
