The Woman Behind It All


Hi. I'm Lisa Renee Wilson. And I'm an Awareness Artist, story-teller, photographer, & mom.

I inspire, practice, and teach self-awareness in all areas of life ....

because the more awareness we have of our self, the more in control and free we are to BE that self.

I also creatively express that "me" that I'm constantly discovering, helping me and inspiring others to feel alive.

And I practice creative mindfulness in every moment of my life - through parenting my two lovely children, the way I play with photography, or how I wash the dishes, I'm engaging and creating. Inhaling, exhaling. And repeating.


I've studied in a lot of disciplines.


I used to think I just couldn't stay focused. Now I know that I just had (have) a lot to learn.

A degree in Psychology, minor in Human Sexuality, graduate study in Wellness Education, teacher training in Yoga, online and offline studies in photography, art, spirituality, meditation, mindfulness, and countless hours of awareness and practice in my own life supplement the teachings I offer through BeingBreath.
