Stillness Within Play

To be soft, still - in body and in mind.

What does that feel like?

In those fleeting moments where the body is at ease and the mind... oh, the mind is not swirling with the thousands of thoughts of what needs to be done and what was said and what could've been said differently and what needs to be lost and what needs to be found and completed and signed and paid for.

To rest. To breathe. To allow and not grasp nor push away. To love what is.

This is playful living at its deepest, the wellspring from which all other creativity arises.
