Silence of Sedona

This is where I am and where I will be for a few days...soaking up, bathing in, absorbing the energy of the land.

Finally, Total Alignment has arrived.  I am in Sedona with beautiful souls, doing yoga, hiking, creating art and solidifying friendships.

There will be a silence for awhile on the site while I bask in all that is.  Red rocks or not, may you do the same.
