Today I'm introducing a brand new mindfulness project,

MINDFULNESS NOW.


This FREE, email-based program is designed to be a super-simple and playful way to introduce mindfulness practices into your day-to-day life.  

 And, because we are all busy and that busy-ness often tends to throw us off track, this project is designed in a bit of a unique format.

 

Emails will show up at random times in your inbox and, when one does,

your job is to open it and do the practice immediately.  

No scrolling past, no passing the laptop off to the person sitting next to you, no cheating.

Each practice will take no more than a minute.

 

The point is for you to drop into this moment, right now - not when it might be more convenient.
