Welcome To Being Breath

Welcome to the new site!

If you are new to Being Breath / LifeUnity, you might want to start here.  (And then come back to this post.)

For those familiar with LifeUnity,... Don't worry: All that you loved about LifeUnity will still be here - the insightful posts, contemplative art, and classes.  Everything has just taken on a new look and a new name....along with an exciting deeper direction!

Here's what you need to know:

All LifeUnity links and email addresses should still work and just redirect you to the Being Breath sites.  (For example, typing "LifeUnity.com" into your browser will take you to"BeingBreath.com")  If you experience any problems with this, please email me at Lisa@BeingBreath.com.

All old blog posts will appear, in order, below this entry.  If you are looking for something in particular, you can always use the search tool over in the sidebar.

You can download a FREE Being Breath e-book, with a detailed exploration of why it is important to explore breath, what I mean by "Being Breath", and practices you can do right now to explore this moment and to invite you into a more peaceful way of experiencing life.

Simply click HERE or click on the Being Breath ebook image in the sidebar.  (Note: If you were already subscribed to the LifeUnity newsletter, you should have received your notification in your inbox!)

Being Breath is a way of experiencing life.  I've designed this site:

to encourage all of us to practice being with our day-to-day life as it is,

to find community and like-minded people who want to live in a more mindful way (but aren't interested in running from the mudane, nitty-grittiness of life),

and to provide encouragement, guidance, and a space for all of us to explore this practice.

Alongside the e-book, you can read more about Being Breath HERE.

You can also learn more about me (Lisa) HERE.

Be sure to connect over on Facebook to take part in ongoing inspirational and thought-provoking conversations!  (And to see some random cute photos of my kids.  And maybe some wolves.  Yeah, those too.)

I am THRILLED to finally open this space and can't wait to hear your thoughts!

Please leave comments below and let me know what you think!

Namaste,

Lisa
